If you would like to use a script on more than one domain, you will need to acquire a license for each domain. Resell rights and redistribution rights are not permitted under any circumstances.Any redistribution of the Geotcha™ Application without the expressed written consent of Virtual Solutions is strictly prohibited. Copying any of the code contained within Geotcha™ Application, and claiming it as your own is also prohibited. By using the Geotcha™ Application, you agree to indemnify Virtual Solutions from any liability that might arise from their use.

Is the script encoded?
The one(1) core PHP script is encoded, and your license domain name is locked in to that file. This file cannot be edited or removed. No third party decoders required. All other files (including but not limited to PHP files, language files, and templates) are not encoded, and you are allowed to edit them.Are updates free?
Yes! You have lifetime access to updates for no additional charges.Do your scripts illegally data scrape / mine other websites for content?
No! Our scripts ONLY fetch content from websites that provide API's that allow content / data to be fetched remotely, and where it is explicitly allowed in their Terms of Use. When considering a competitor's script, always ask them who is the data provider so you can verify that the provider allows their data to be used in this manner. If they refuse to divulge the provider before purchase, then the odds are very good that their script is stealing data. Providers catch on to this very quick, and they will block your site was accessing the provider server - thereby rendering your script useless!Do you have a refund policy?
